The Mixer

During my marketing capstone, our group was assigned to present a strategic marketing plan for Italian restaurant, Bisetti’s. Through qualitative and quantitative research, Bisetti’s target market was older than expected. To diversify and reach a business-professional audience, the Mixer was created. This collaborative marketing technique establishes great relationships with competitors with similar nightlife atmospheres while expanding Bisetti’s customer base. Essentially, the Mixer unites three major bars, each bar coordinates a speciality drink. Customers walk from bar to bar and enjoy a cocktail with a speak-easy feel. To take it a step further, I designed a poster for the event and presented it to Bisetti’s CEO alongside our strategic marketing plan.
